A fine example of a careful renovation of a listed Queen Ann property in Bridgnorth. The Grange has an abundance of features, archways, recessed alcoves and exposed timbers which have been tactfully incorporated with modern finishes. The owner’s inspiration and natural flare for design made this an exciting project to be a part of.
The Hollies
Complete restoration of a stunning Georgian property in Birmingham. The Hollies were originally two period cottages which have since been linked to create an 8,000 sq ft dwelling full of character and traditional features. RSB undertook a sympathetic refurbishment working closely with the client to produce a classic feel incorporating period characteristics.
King Edwards Wharf
Modern, innovative and bespoke refurbishment in a duplex penthouse in the city centre of Birmingham. Cutting edge design with an all glass spiral staircase and glass partitioned bathroom. An extremely exciting project which RSB dealt with from procurement of an empty unit through to completion. Project management was the base for this smooth running and exclusively finished penthouse.
Woodbourne House
Renovation work of a truly beautiful Arts and Crafts property set on the Calthorpe Estate, Edgbaston. Exterior work to front and back in keeping with the original finish. Total interior redecoration with an impressive traditional ambience. Utter luxury and comfort for a family home.
Cotton Club
Style, elegance and ultra-exclusive was the remit provided for RSB to action. We created a warm environment which expressed chic, sophistication and glamour. Tradition met contemporary and really created the wow factor. Earthy tones with electric blue lights produced a relaxed environment but with the possibility of a night club feel for when appropriate.
Rudells the Jewellers. Harborne.
A complete shop fit out of the highest standard. This Comprised of linking the newly acquired neighbouring shop with the existing, to form one large open plan shop. Complete structural works and total transformation of interior décor to both new and existing shop was all undertaken whilst the jewellers remained open to the public. Interior décor and display area is complemented by the installation of bespoke jewellery display cabinets. Time management was key to the success of this project and deadlines adhered to.
Calthorpe Road
A listed property set on Calthorpe Road, Edgbaston. This address is one of the best in Birmingham. RSB were directed to produce a high spec office refurbishment. The building required restoration of the period features in particular careful attention was given to the restoration of the coving and where past repair matching coving has been installed. The use of dynamic lighting, contemporary art and modern furniture has made the office a professional environment in which to work.
